Well-being and mental health are vital factors in our lives but frequently are not considered. Mental health affects not only our own wellbeing but also how we interact with those around us. It's important to prioritize actions that support good mental well-being, such as mindfulness, socializing as well as physical activity, taking time to be in the outdoors.
